LCR7 is an LCR, a speaker for the Left, Center, and Right channel. It is a D’Appolito Array, named for Snell’s chief engineer, Joe D’Appolito Ph.D. This driver arrangement makes the woofers and tweeter appear to play from the same point, regardless of listening position. The result is a palpable level of realism, rarely heard from music or home-theater speakers . The LCR7 features extremely high performance drivers from SEAS, allowing this compact speaker to reach sound pressures of 110dB! Translated into English, the LCR7 is for music and movies. It blends well with subwoofers. It is small, yet plays big. And, for musical peaks, movie effects, or when you just want to crank it up, it plays loud and silky smooth.
