The IW SR7 is a high-performance, surround speaker with a selectable radiation pattern. The IW SR7 can be either a diffuse dispersion pattern dipole or can radiate with a wide dispersion direct-pattern. In the diffuse mode, the IW SR7 directs its energy away from the listening area, performing like an array of movie theater surround speakers. This creates a diffuse, lifelike ambient sound field. In the direct mode the IW SR7 functions as a wide dispersion direct radiator, perfect for localized surround effects or wide coverage front channel use. Voiced to match all Snell speakers, the IW SR7 mounts flush and virtually disappears in the listening room.
